Apartment Management System
Web application, 2026A management system where managers track dues, payments, announcements, tasks and maintenance requests in one place, and residents can see their own balances and requests. A single manager can run several apartment buildings and complexes from the same account.
The system works with distinct roles: system administrator, site manager, block manager, auditor and resident. Staff shifts, operating budgets and general assembly records are also part of the application.
- Backend: NestJS, PostgreSQL, Prisma and Redis
- Frontend: React 19, Vite, Tailwind CSS 4, shadcn/ui and TanStack Router
The web app and the API share the same Zod schemas. Production runs on Docker Compose and Caddy. There are unit, end-to-end and mobile browser tests.
