Everything runs in your browser and nothing you enter is sent to a server.

How to use it

  1. Pick the template closest to your work or start with an empty schedule.
  2. Enter your staff, your shifts and how many people you need each day.
  3. Build the schedule. If a day is short of people, the tool tells you why in a plain sentence.
  4. Download the schedule as PDF or Excel, send it to your staff on WhatsApp and save your work.

Frequently asked questions

Where does my data go?

Nowhere. The schedule is built in your browser and nothing is sent to this site or any other server. The file you save stays on your device.

How do I carry on next month?

Open the file you saved and choose "Prepare the next period". Your staff, shifts and rules come along, and the new period is scheduled from scratch.

How do staff send their time-off requests?

You send each person their own request link. They pick their days off and shift wishes on their phone and send the reply back to you on WhatsApp. Replies are encrypted and only open in your schedule.

What if someone can’t come in?

Select that person and day in the schedule. The tool shows who can cover the shift, and the schedule still follows your rules with the person you pick.

Does it work on a phone?

Yes. It has its own phone views, so you can build and share the schedule from your phone.

Is it paid?

No. You don’t need an account either.
